Duplicate accounts are identified during Know Your Customer (KYC) verification and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts. Any winnings generated through duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
2.4 soltpk reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any time, including at the point of registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or where soltpk has reasonable grounds to suspect an account is held by a person under 18.
3.1 To access the full range of soltpk services, you must register a verified account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name (as it appears on your CNIC), Pakistani mobile number, email address, and date of birth.
3.2 KYC Verification. soltpk operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with standard international online gambling platform practice. Prior to processing any withdrawal, you will be required to verify your identity by uploading a legible copy of your National Identity Card (CNIC). soltpk may also request proof of address or proof of payment method where warranted.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. All withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. 10.2 You may close your soltpk account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Any verified balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of outstanding KYC requirements, subject to applicable withdrawal terms.
10.3 Self-exclusion requests — whereby a player voluntarily requests that soltpk restrict or close their account for a defined or indefinite period — are processed immediately upon request. Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened during the exclusion period.
